Shipments by sea containers continued in September and October to our fulfillment centers and goods have arrived domestically for North America and Europe. (See below images)
IMPROVEMENT NEEDED TO HANDLEBAR
As per our last update you’ll notice we made some final improvements which were essential to its performance upgrades.
After further testing we have found a minor problem with the carbon fiber handlebar, the strength of it, is not satisfactory. We are in the process of replacing the handlebars in our manufacturing facilities in Asia for all of the scooters that we have shipped to our fulfillment centers.
The handlebar strength and thickness has been increased improving the durability so that it meets our new standard we have put in place.

Our number one priority is making sure that all expectations are met to the highest standards. We know you are all eager to receive your scooter and apologies for this final delay but it is absolutely necessary. You will receive your Kiwano KO1 Scooter before Christmas.
